By downloading, installing, or using the Reply Guy browser extension (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pack6 LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Reply Guy is a browser extension that provides AI-powered analysis and suggestions for responding to conversations on X (formerly Twitter). The Service includes:

• • Conversation thread analysis

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Account and Authentication

The Service uses Google OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The Service is designed to help you create thoughtful, valuable responses to public conversations on X.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• • Generate misleading, false, or deceptive information
• • Violate X's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Service Tiers

The Service is offered in both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid features may include enhanced AI capabilities, increased usage limits, and premium functionalities.

6.2 Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

7. Content and AI Suggestions

7.1 AI-Generated Content

The Service provides AI-generated suggestions and analysis. These suggestions are automated and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific context.

7.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• • Ensuring your posts comply with X's terms and policies

7.3 No Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, algorithms, and user interface, is owned by Pack6 LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

10.2 License to You

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

10.3 User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process public tweet data to provide our Service functionality.

11. Browser Store Compliance

The Service is distributed through browser extension stores (Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons). Your use must comply with the applicable store's policies and guidelines.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time by uninstalling the extension. Termination does not affect rights and obligations that accrued prior to termination.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jamaica, subject to applicable international conventions for cross-border disputes.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or other reasonable means. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
